Program Highlights
- Free 90-day evaluation period for one Octave Ultrasonic Water Meter.
- Available to approved first-time customers through their local Master Meter Canada representative, agent, or distributor.
- Meter size and type are determined by MMC and are subject to product availability.
- MMC can provide a purchase quotation during or after the trial period if requested.
- An Octave output module may be included to integrate with the participant’s existing AMR/AMI or SCADA system where applicable.
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
- Install the meter according to the Octave Installation Guide and provide installation details to MMC.
- Allow an MMC representative, agent, or distributor to visit the installation site or review installation photographs during the trial period.
- Maintain the meter in good condition throughout the trial, as it remains the property of MMC.
End of Trial Requirements
At the conclusion of the 90-day trial, participants must either:
- Return the meter to MMC in good condition using the original packaging, or
- Purchase the meter at the quoted price provided by MMC or its authorized representative.
Data and Results
MMC may request performance information from the trial, such as:
- Recorded volumes
- Comparative meter results
- Revenue improvements
- Other operational findings
Any use of trial results in MMC marketing or promotional materials requires the participant’s written consent.
